Refunds are welcome for items returned in original packaging, and unused within 14 days of making the online order. To ensure your refund, we advise to send the products via tracked postage with a receipt. If we do not receive the goods, we are unable to issue a refund. All product returned with be carefully inspected to ensure they are in a saleable condition.

If you have changed your mind & wish to cancel your order, you may do so in writing to hello@sknbylyn.com. However, if the goods have been shipped then they will need to be returned to the advised address before processing a refund.
