Cancellation & Payment Policy
Please be advised that full payment will need to be completed to secure your booking.
I will process a link for you once we confirm your preferred time slot.
A gentle note of the cancellation policy whereby a 100% charge will apply for cancelling & failure to attend the appointment within 24 hours.
If you wish to reschedule the booking date , the request must be received 24 hours before the booking time , otherwise it will be charged as a late cancellation.Kindly note that the appointment can only be moved once at a full charge.
Please do let me know at least 24 hours before the booking time if you wish to cancel in order to receive a full refund.
If you are running late or need to change the time on the day, I may do so at my discretion if I have availability at no additional charge. Lateness will result in a reduced treatment time & full charge of the original treatment booked.
